No worries.
We start from where you are.
From your first contact with the wing to your very first flights on the foil, each level has its prerequisites. The instructor will assess with you where you stand.
(if you're a quick learner, as soon as you master the basics, we'll get you on the foil board)
What you need to know.
Schedule
9 a.m. to 4 p.m., every day of the week. The schedule remains flexible depending on the weather: we adapt to the wind to guarantee you the best conditions.
Included
The complete wing foil equipment, a protective helmet, and a flotation vest. Neoprene wetsuits are available; if you have your own, please bring it.
Before arriving
Eat well before heading out. Bring your swimsuit, a beach towel, sunscreen, snacks, and water to keep your energy up throughout the activity.
