Terms of Use
These terms and conditions govern the use of the Wind aux Îles website and the booking of our activities: windsurfing, wing foiling, and eFoil lessons, packages, and equipment rentals. By booking or using the site, you accept these terms.
Reservation and Payment
Reservations are made online, and full payment is required at the time of booking. Transactions are processed securely by Stripe in Canadian dollars. A reservation is confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellation and Refund
The terms for cancellation, modification, and refund are detailed in our refund policy. Any cancellation or modification must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the class or rental; otherwise, 30% of the total invoice will be retained.
Safety and Waiver of Liability
Our activities involve inherent risks associated with water sports. Before each lesson or rental, you must read and sign the waiver of liability presented at the time of booking, follow our instructors' guidelines, be in good physical condition, and know how to swim.
A minor must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who signs the waiver on their behalf.
Proper Use of Equipment
You are responsible for the equipment entrusted to you during a rental, and you must use it in a reasonable manner. Any damage caused by negligent use may be billed to you. You agree to provide accurate information at the time of booking.
Intellectual Property
The content of the site, including texts, images, the logo, and videos, belongs to Wind aux Îles and may not be reproduced without written authorization.
Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
To the extent permitted by law, Wind aux Îles cannot be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in activities or the use of equipment, except in cases of gross negligence on its part. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec, and any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quebec.
Personal Information
Personal information collected during a reservation is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, in compliance with Quebec's Law 25.
